Job Description for a Customer Support Role. -International Process

Process Name - Travel Club India

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
  • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1 year voice experience in Travel Process
  • Communication and thought process has to be good.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be comfortable working from the office.
Shift Timings - 5 days working

Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift) - Rotational Shift

Female - 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift) - Rotational Shift
